The Flapper is one of the leading independent live music venues and pubs situated in Birmingham City Centre, labelled by NME as ‘the epicentre of Birminghams Indie scene’. Situated inbetween the ICC and the NIA on Kingston Row.

The picturesque canal side pub offers you two floors of entertainment 7 days a week. We offer a wide selection of beer, wines and spirits including a seasonal collection of real cask ales.

The gig room provides you with 2 of the cities best promoters every weekend, as well as showcasing gigs during the weeknights, featuring bands from a local level to a national level. The superior stage has seen the likes of the Editors, Pigeon Detectives,We Are Scientists, William Francis, The Twang, Johnny Foreigner, A Place To Bury Strangers, Gay For Johnny Depp, Blakfish, Pulled Apart By Horses, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Chew Lips, Fanfarlo and KT Tunstall, to name but a few…
