When will my tickets arrive?

If you have purchased a door code ticket you will receive an email straight after your purchase with the code you need to give at the event.  If you have purchased barcoded tickets please check your confirmation email for dates of when tickets will be sent out, or alternatively log into your account here, go to ‘e-tickets and barcodes’ for more information on when they will be sent

I want to transfer the tickets to someone else

Unfortunately you are unable to transfer tickets to another person/account.

Some events require names on tickets, you can change these by logging into your account here and following the instructions in the green box.

If there isn’t a green box when you log in then specific names are not required on the tickets, therefore the person attending will need to have the ticket and your details should they be asked for them.

Why do I have to pay a booking fee and transaction fee?

TheTicketSellers are a primary ticket agent, processing orders on behalf of event organisers.

The Face Value is the amount per ticket passed on to the organiser. TheTicketSellers add a booking fee per ticket, usually on top of the Face Value, which covers the cost of processing your payment securely, keeping your data safe and protecting against fraud.

In addition, we may charge a fulfilment fee, paid once per order.  This fee supports the fulfilment of your order; scalable platforms for ticket buying, 24 hour telephone support, ongoing web development for an enhanced customer experience, development of software enabling event organisers to scan your tickets quickly plus provision of hardware and on-site support.

When are my instalments due/deadline for payments, what happens if I miss it?

Log on to your account here and select the event, from here you will be able to see when the payments are due. Unfortunately if you have missed your deadline your ticket will no longer be valid. To attend the event you would need to purchase new tickets if they are available.
