THE Big MAN OF COMEDY is known by many as one of the leading Black performers in Britain. The former school teacher and qualified youth worker has smoothly moved from one public arena to another. Geoff has many awards and was rewarded with the outstanding contribution to comedy award 2001 at the black comedy awards. He was also voted youth personality of the year at the prestigious voice awards (2000). Geoff Schumann is more than just an entertainer. He is also one of the leading black comedy actors on the cabaret circuit. It is from here that he has earned the title." The Big Man Of Comedy". Geoff has made numerous television appearances ranging from comedy shows such as The Stand up Show, Club Class, Nights out at the Empire. He has also appeared in The Bill, Minder, and Casualty. He also starred in the last series of BBC2's The Real McCoy.
