Keith Horsfall's background is as a musician and teacher. He has been involved in arts education for over 30 years.Keith has been closely associated with several national music organisations, including Music for Youth and as an executive committee member on the Music Education Council. He is the current chair of Dudley Arts Council and also of a community radio station.
