Our company, TheTicketSellers was established in 1998 by partners who used to promote large scale events and recognised the need for an efficient, responsive and capable ticket selling service; looking after customers as well as clients.

We have worked hand in hand for many years with the UK`s leading promoters and event organisers to bring you a wide selection of great ticket deals.

On this site you can buy tickets that are much cheaper than paying on the door, guarantee your entry (venue rules apply) and occasionally even allow you to jump the queue!

You can also find out more information about the event or venue you`re going to or simply browse to find good events to attend by searching according to music genre, area or date.

You can view maps for each venue to work out where you`re going and then rest assured that you are buying the cheapest tickets available.

Pricing policy

We aim to keep all our prices and charges as low as possible and clearly identified so you know exactly what you're paying for before you checkout.

All booking fees are approximately 10%. On more expensive festival tickets, the booking fee may be as low as 2%. On some tickets, the booking fee will be included in the ticket price so it will appear as though you are not paying a booking fee.

There are no service charges and the only additional cost will be delivery of your item. We recommend if you wish to attend more than 1 event, you purchase all your paper tickets together because then you will only pay postage costs once.

There is a transaction charge for e-tickets (collecting your ticket at the door). This is a one-off charge that can be reduced by ordering multiple tickets.

We know there are internet companies selling e-tickets with reduced booking fees but this is usually because they are entirely automated and do not offer any kind of customer service should you have a query or complaint.

Our success is based upon our history as one of the leading sellers of tickets in the Midlands. We have been in business for 16 years and have a high street ticket office where you can come and see us in person. This is an online fraud prevention system, just like chip n' pin for over-the-counter transactions. The first time you use your card to buy online, you will be asked to set a password.
