We aim to keep all our prices and charges as low as possible and clearly identified so you know exactly what you're paying for before you checkout.
All booking fees are approximately 10%. On more expensive festival tickets, the booking fee may be as low as 2%. On some tickets, the booking fee will be included in the ticket price so it will appear as though you are not paying a booking fee.
There are no service charges and the only additional cost will be delivery of your item. We recommend if you wish to attend more than 1 event, you purchase all your paper tickets together because then you will only pay postage costs once.

There is a transaction charge for e-tickets (collecting your ticket at the door). This is a one-off charge that can be reduced by ordering multiple tickets.
We know there are internet companies selling e-tickets with reduced booking fees but this is usually because they are entirely automated and do not offer any kind of customer service should you have a query or complaint.
