Description

Saturday 18th November

The Night Owl are proud to present playing live

New Street Adventure (Acid Jazz)

Raised on a steady diet of Curtis Mayfield, Bobby Womack, Smokey Robinson, and the Gallagher bros, New Street Adventure were originally formed in Birmingham while frontman Nick Corbin was at University here.

The London band are leading the way in the renaissance of soul music. Combining indie rock with Northern Soul, Jazz and plenty of social commentary. They have been compared to Dexys Midnight Runners. This in the only Birmingham date planned this year so don't miss out.

Support comes from Ace Face Barbers/Club A Go-Go DJ's

Entry includes Dig? soul & retro club night after featuring resident DJ Mazzy Snape & special guests Noble & Heath
