Our history

With over 17 years in the business, we are experienced enough to handle the largest events yet small enough to tailor-make a perfect package for all of our clients.

Our success is largely based on our efficient and easy to use systems, years of first class service to both clients and customers and our extensive knowledge of events, clubs, festival gates and promoters.

We commonly use e-ticket and barcode ticket systems to reduce costs to promoters and customers (see below) but can also send paper tickets if preferred.

We share customer data with the event organiser and your Control Panel contains various graphs showing demographic information about your sales, which can be matched to previous events.

Many of our clients are leading UK club and festival promoters but we have also been agents for companies as diverse as The British Heart Foundation and the BBC. In December 2009, the British Swimming Organisation chose us for the sell-out Duel in the Pool event (swimming's equivalent to the Ryder Cup). Many comedy brands also work with us to help ticket and manage their events.

Our Event Management and Entry System is used by Secret Garden Party and many of the festivals listed above. 

For Shambala Festival, we have pioneered an electronic e-ticket system, capable of processing 1000's of customers through the gate with no paper tickets and no queues, great for the environment!

Many companies offer e-ticket systems but leave you with sheets of paper to handle at your busy door - our PDA's remove this problem and are available for events large and small - please ask for more details. 

Our services & cost


We add a booking fee on top of the ticket price that is paid by the customer (unless you wish us to incorporate the booking fee within the ticket price).

You can upload your own event and have it live on the site in minutes. A member of our team will then approve the event, at which point tickets will go on sale.

You tell us how you would like to be paid for your tickets (bank transfer or cheque). We pay you on the Wednesday following your event and do not hold onto funds unlike some companies.

You do not need to print paper tickets as we offer an e-ticket or barcoded ticket service (customers pay for a reference number which corresponds to a list you print and take to the door. For more information, please click here).

We also offer a postal service if you would prefer us to send out your paper tickets with appropriate literature.

We print paper tickets too! We can print very small runs at extremely reasonable rates and with a very quick turnaround, please contact us for more details.

We can sell tickets for your event until minutes before your doors open.

Once registered, visit your control panel to see how many tickets you have sold and how many remain.

You can also view past event data, update your profile and add flyers and pictures to your listing to give your customers the best possible information.

Standard promotion

We receive over 200,000 hits every month and have over 450,000 registered members.

Your event will be advertised on our site with as much information as you provide, together with information about your promotion, event flyers, photos etc.

Your customers can read more info about artists playing at your event, see a description of your venue and also a useful map. There are many ways for your customers to find your event, even if they are not looking for it specifically, through recommendations on the front page, by searching music genre, area, venue or date.

As soon as you have sold a ticket, your customer is definitely coming to your event (regardless of the weather!) and may well act as a walking advert, encouraging others to come too.  

As it costs you nothing to sell with us, listing your event on TheTicketSellers is a win-win situation!

Other free tools available include our referal tracking tools, so you can put different links in different places (on your facebook page or newsletter), and see which ones are generating the most traffic.

We share customer data with event organisers which you can download any time.  

Our graphs allow you to quickly see where and when people have purchased tickets, allowing you to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 

Customer Services

Our phone lines are answered 24 hours a day by our dedicated team so there will always be someone here to deal with any queries.

We have numerous incoming lines and there are no long recorded messages, your customers are straight through to an operator.

As your ticket hotline, we can deal with all the calls from your customers requesting information about start times, dress codes etc leaving you free to concentrate on your event.

It is often useful to put: "advance tickets available from" or similar so our logo doesn't just look like a corporate sponsor and people know to contact us for tickets.
