Derby and District Samaritans are a self financing charity with an area that stretches from Ashbourne to Burton, parts of Tamworth, Amber Valley and; Erewash as well as Derby City.

Run entirely by unpaid volunteers, the service provides a confidential 24 hour listening service for those who are experiencing feelings of distress and despair, including those that may lead to suicide.
