PLEASE NOTE - For the TRANSMISSION club night, please enter Hennessey's Bar via the back entrance in Meriden Street.

TRANSMISSION is a club night based in Birmingham celebrating the Rum Runner and Blitz club nights of the late 70's and early 80's.

MUSIC

The TRANSMISSION club night will consist of New Wave, Glam Rock, Punk, Electronic/ Synth pop and New Romantic music. Plus tracks from other genres up to and including 1985. Featuring artists such as David Bowie, Roxy Music, Kraftwerk, Human League, Heaven 17, Japan, Joy Division, Ultravox, Sex Pistols, Simple Minds, Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet, Visage, T Rex, OMD, Depeche Mode and many others.

 Helping Terry in the DJ box and making his TRANSMISSION debut is Symix.

 TRANSMISSION regular Symix  has also been a guest DJ at Only After Dark, and we are really looking forward to hearing his set.

There is a clothes rail just inside the main room that is FREE to use.

SMOKING AREA

Exclusive to those attending TRANSMISSION club night, the entrance is through the doors to the right as you look at the main room bar.

AIR CONDITIONING

The main TRANSMISSION club night room has air conditioning.

DISABLED ACCESS

There is disabled access to the TRANSMISSION club night room.

Please ask at the desk for guidance on arrival at the entrance in Meriden St.
