Martin [In Full Swing] began DJ'ing at a self-promoted night in a small wine bar called The Green Rooms in Cheltenham back in 1993. Targeting the pre-club audience for low-level Gas, an established RNB venue, a night called "In Full Swing" was born!! The emphasis was always on playing quality RNB music with attention to mixing technique. This philosophy is something that has stayed with him & built his reputation into one of the South West's leading RNB DJ's. Throughout the next two decades Martin held residencies at some of the South West's biggest urban nights, including, Soul In Motion, Bring The Noise, The Flow, Garage Nation, Twice As Nice & Soulution to name a few! Martin has also presented on several radio stations including Gloucester FM where he presented RNB Flava's Saturday nights for over 5 years. In 2010 disillusioned with current RNB Martin teamed up with John Mustoe to bring back the vibe from the 90's RNB scene and between them established BackInTheDay!
