Description UnderGraduation Under 18s Parties are fully supervised events, where young people can really enjoy themselves in a controlled and safe environment, and still Get to experience the Nightlife scene but in a controlled environment. At each event we have unique and fun themes//Acts// DJ's with a mixture of music that will be played to suit the tastes of young people.

UnderGraduation Club Nights prides itself on its impeccable operating procedures to ensure the health and safety of young people, at all times.

SECURITY Juiced Club Nights only uses registered SIA Approved Door Supervisors, who will be on hand to assist anyone at all times. UnderGraduation Management will also be available to assist and answer any questions.

POLICE CONSULTATION We consult regularly with Staffordshire Police and local community officers prior to each Under 18 event.

SEARCH POLICY UnderGraduation Club Nights WILL operate a full search procedure before entry to the venue which will be conducted by male and female Door Supervisors. Searches take place primarily for weapons, alcohol, illegal substances & cigarettes. Any of the above found, will be confiscated and the police may be called. Any person or persons refusing to be searched will not be permitted entry.Chewing gum / bubble gum is not brought into the venue during Under 18 events as it can damage furniture, carpets and walls. We reserve the right to confiscate any type of chewing gum / bubble gum at any time.

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS UnderGraduation Club Nights does not tolerate drugs and alcohol at any Under 18 event. Only non-alcoholic soft drinks are available. Please contact us for a full and current list of drinks and snacks available at the event. If we suspect a young person of being under the influence of alcohol, we will wherever possible, try to contact parents or guardians to collect their child or children from the front entrance of the venue. If drugs are found, Staffordshire Police will immediately be notified.

SMOKING UnderGraduation Club Nights operates a strict NO SMOKING policy at Under 18 events. Upon entry any cigarettes found will be confiscated. Cigarettes will not be sold at the event and anyone found illegally smoking indoors will be escorted from the club

AGE RESTRICTIONS Any person wishing to gain entry to Undergraduate Club Nights Under 18 events, who looks over this age will be asked to produce ID. We will not permit any person over the age of 17 entry to our Under 18s events other than persons employed by UnderGraduate Club Nights and any of its subcontractors / suppliers / Entertainments Team.

BEHAVIOUR Should UnderGraduation Club Nights have to ask any person to leave an Under 18s event for inappropriate behaviour or because of refused entry, we will take every possible step to ensure that the venue attempts to supervise such persons until a parent/guardian is telephoned and arrives to collect them. For serious offences, the Police may be called if necessary and offenders will be barred from all future Under 18 events. Physical violence, bullying and fighting will not be tolerated at UnderGraduation Club Nights. Anyone who is caught fighting or using violent behaviour will be barred from all future UnderGraduation events.

BULLYING / INTIMIDATION / HARRASSMENT UnderGraduation Club Nights requires all persons attending the Under 18 events to treat the venue and others with respect at all times. We operate a strict anti-bullying policy; therefore if we discover any persons intimidating others or using inappropriate language then they will be escorted from the venue.

EXIT / CLOSING POLICY UnderGraduation Club Nights, Staffordshire Police recommend and prefer all parents/guardians to collect their child or children at the end of all Under 18 events wherever possible. A quiet and calm exit is expected from all persons attending Under 18 events. Undergraduation Club Nights Security Staff, wearing branded jackets, will be on hand outside the venue and adjoining roads to ensure a smooth collection of children by parents and guardians. Please follow instructions by these staff to ensure the safety of the children and yourselves. We regularly consult with Staffordshire Police to work out the best and safest method of traffic management.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend parents to use the car park provided by the university outside the venue. This is to help ensure a safe, congestion free zone at the end of the club nights.

DRESS CODE No hooded tops or caps are to be worn to any of our Under 18 events. Jeans and trainers are acceptable. Those wearing any of the above items plus coats may be asked to leave them in the cloakroom, by a member of the Juiced staff. Failure to cooperate may result in entry bring refused to the venue.

PHOTOGRAPHY UnderGraduation Club Night’s in-house photographer will be taking pictures and sometimes videos of attendees at our Under 18 events. These pictures can be obtained by visiting our Facebook page after each event. By entering UnderGraduation events, you give us consent to take your child’s picture, record video footage, or sound for the purpose of the Undergraduation Club Nights Under 18s promotional section of the Website and Facebook page. Persons not wishing to have their picture taken or recorded are strongly advised to not attend these events.

PLEASE NOTE: The pictures of the night are uploaded to our Facebook page for the attendees to view, tag and share. This means that people who like UnderGraduation Facebook will be able to view these pictures. We have the right to block any people from our page that we do not believe are legitimate or suitable.

OUR STAFF UnderGraduation Club Nights only employs polite and friendly staff. Our staff will be around the venue to assist or help young people who may have a problem, or any incident, that they might want to discuss. No matter how small the problem may be, UnderGraduation staff will always be on hand to assist young people. All our SIA Approved security staff have been vetted through the enhanced CRB check.

PARENTS LRV at Staffordshire University also holds host to another venue attached to the LRV called Verve, Verve will be open to parents of children attending the event where the have access to food and drink if the wish to wait for the event to finish.

RE-ADMISSION POLICY UnderGraduation Club Nights operates a strict ‘no re-admission’ policy under any circumstance. This is for the safety and protection of the children at our events. Once you have entered UnderGraduation Club nights, no refunds will be given.

• Young people will be treated with respect by UnderGraduation Club Nights staff at all times, throughout the duration of the event.

• Your child’s safety and overall welfare is of paramount importance to us at all times.

• UnderGraduation staff will always act in a professional way at all times.

• UnderGraduation Club Nights are happy to liaise with parents/guardians regarding the content of the evening, and also provide a private Bar/ Extension for parents to sit, wait and have a drink whilst their Child enjoys Undergraduate Club Nights next door

• Any allegations or concerns brought to our attention at any Under 18 event will be listened to and necessary action taken. Should any difficulties occur with any young person, our staff will only use physical contact if absolutely necessary and will avoid being alone with that young person at any time.
