Description

The music of ABBA has continued to be the most enjoyed and sought after entertainment since their explosive appearance at the Eurovision song contest in 1974, through to the phenomenal success of the 'Mamma Mia' movie.
Abba are quite simply as much a part of musical culture as Mozart or The Beatles.
Bootleg Abba formed in 1998 and since their first concert at London's 'Forum' they have performed to great acclaim all over the world. Their concerts have seen them travel throughout the UK, Europe and along the way they have appeared on the same bill as world class entertainers Tony Christie, The Gipsy Kings and Leo Sayer. In France, Bootleg Abba have appeared at the prestigious Casino de Paris (during its history the venue has played host to many world class entertainers such as Maurice Chevalier, Josephine Baker and Serg Gainsbourg).
Bootleg Abba's reputation for delivering a superior tribute show has taken them to the Middle East and as far as Kazakhstan. In 2010 they were asked to perform at the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix alongside Mariah Carey, Missy Elliot and Adam Lambert. And more recently a hugely successful Dutch tour during 2014.

Quotes about Bootleg Abba:
Steve Coogan (Actor and TV's Alan Partridge)

"Sounds just like Abba"

BBC TV: (after performing on BBC's Really Useful show)
"A perfect start for the run up to the Eurovision Song contest in the UK"
