Job opportunity - Customer Service Team Leader
TheTicketSellers.co.uk is a profitable and growing company operating throughout the UK in a variety of markets: mainly festivals, clubs and sports.
We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to help in our operations department in Birmingham. We have forged partnerships with events such as Global Gathering, Creamfields, The Shambala Festival, The Bodies Exhibition, National Squash Championships and Gatecrasher.
We require a team leader ideally with a background in a call centre or other relevant customer service environment with good organisational, motivational and administration skills.
You will be working on the following areas
- staff training
- staff motivation
- managing operations
- shift operation and scheduling
- recruitment of new staff
- contact with promoters and other outside suppliers including payments
- issuing refunds and escalated customer issues
In addition you will also work closely with one of our directors on important business development work. This will include marketing, working on tenders and new business and the design and printing of tickets.
You will be required to keep statistics for your department and all your operatives and to present them at the weekly executive meetings.
You will be expected to develop and enhance client relationships and to actively seek new opportunities through your own work and that of the team you will manage.
