2004 & 2001 MOBO Winner for Best UK DJ, Jigs presents The HOT Drivetime' weekdays 3-6pm. The show is easily described quite simply as Cutting Edge Radio specialising in Hip Hop & R n B, all the latest tunes in the urban mix with regular international guests! Jigs ability to make and break hits makes his programme one of the first points of call for record companies in the UK and USA. This is where you hear the new tunes first, and with daily competitions such as The edit to get it game and 'Head to Head' are just some of the ingrdients that have earned Jigs and his show their reputation and several award nominations. Jigs has received a total of 8 Mobo Award DJ nominations (1996, 98, 99, 2000, 2001 & 2003), and in 2001 and 2004 he got the token he deserved when he was voted Best DJ at the now prestigious event. He also collected an EMMA (Ethnic Minority Media Awards) in 1999.....
