The Fly hates gifted youth, primarily because it makes us feel old and overlooked. There are kids the age of The Carpels who are still struggling with the concept of shoelaces yet these precocious teens have tunes that'll make you book a health assessment for your dancing legs. Imagine the voice of Ian Curtis over a Spiderman-quilt covered bed of Klaxon-esque new wave synth-slash-guitar pop. Throw in some lyrics about the distracting nature of lions and bears and there you have it. These kids are highly loveable and if that sounds wrong, well we don't give a fudgeroo.
